Domestic shipping

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders will be sent with free standard shipping, by FedEx Express.

Returns

We accept returns for items purchased from Swiss Delta within 7 days of the purchase date. All domestic orders qualify for a prepaid FedEx return label and envelope, which is included with each sale from SwissDelta. Watches must be returned with the original packaging and in new/unused condition. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Other restrictions may apply. Your return will be processed within 3-7 business days of receipt.

To make a return, go to SwissDelta.com, contact (bottom of page) and fill out the information and select “submit”. You will be contacted within 48 hours.
