Can I order Swiss Delta products?
For now, we’re limiting sales of Swiss Delta watches to the United States.
We plan to include Canada, Mexico, and Europe at some point in the future. If you’d like to be kept abreast of changes to our sales territory, please keep in touch by subscribing to our newsletter.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
It depends. If we’ve already packaged and shipped your order, there’s really not much we can do. If we haven’t processed your order, though, we’re more than happy to make whatever changes you need. Just give us a call at +1 (425) 828-4780 to revise your order, or find out the status of your order or shipment. Please check the Contact page for our current operating hours.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once you’ve placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation, which lists the items in your order, along with some other pertinent information. You’ll continue to receive emails from us concerning your order: when it’s been processed and when it’s been shipped, among others.

We’re an online-only brand — so unfortunately, no, we don’t have any retail locations.
